Steven Oubre is the K/P for Pleasant Grove HS in Texarkana, TX. After only two years of kicking under his, Steven has learned the ways of both Kicking and Punting. He holds 2 school records: most points scored by a kicker (61) and most touchbacks in a single game (5). Steven is uncommitted and is a National Combine Series finalist.
