Commissioner to address Texarkana business community

Texas Education Commissioner Robert Scott will address the Texarkana business community about the state of education in Texas from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 10. The event is part of the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce Leadership Luncheon that will be held in Texas Highs Dan Haskins Student Center, 2112 Kennedy Lane. Tickets are $10.
